    • Canada and UAE: Orders may use DHL Express or alternate carriers as needed.
  • Shipping Times:

    • Transit time: 8-15 business days.
    • Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier availability.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as β€œdelivered” but is not received, please wait 72 hours before contacting us, as couriers may update the status prematurely. If the package is still missing, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider. **Kaitlyn & Clark is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.**

4. Returns and Refunds

    • VIP Level 4 members receive **free returns + an extended 30-day return period.**
    • Returned items must be in **original condition**, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

5. Exchanges

  • How to Initiate an Exchange:
    • Customers **must** start the exchange process through our **Returns & Exchanges Portal**.
    • Exchanges must be initiated within **7 days** of delivery.

6. AI-Generated Content and Images

  • All Kaitlyn & Clark website models, product images, and videos are AI-generated.
  • AI-generated images and videos aim to represent the product with 99% accuracy, but minor differences between the images/videos and the delivered product may occur.
  • By purchasing from Kaitlyn & Clark, customers acknowledge:
    • They understand all visuals are AI-generated.
    • Minor variations in product appearance are acceptable.
    • These variations do **not qualify for a return.**

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, videos, text, and designs, is the property of Kaitlyn & Clark. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
