All returns or exchanges must be initiated through our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
FINAL SALE: All swimwear, lingerie, and other intimate apparel (including bikini sets and bras) are final sale only—no returns or exchanges.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
B. Eligibility
- Eligible: Unused items in original packaging with tags attached; defective or incorrect items; proof of purchase required.
- Not Eligible: Personalized/custom-made items; perishable goods; personal care items; gift cards & heavily discounted items; returns based solely on minor variations between AI-generated images and the actual product.
C. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos.

Missing/Stolen: Wait 72 hours after “delivered” status, then:
- Check your property and neighbors.
- Report to us within 7 days of expected delivery with tracking details.
- We will investigate and offer replacement or store credit.
D. Inspection & Refund Denial
All returned items must pass our inspection in original, resalable condition. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or partially refund any return showing wear, damage, missing tags, or signs of use.
- Charge a restocking fee up to 10% of the item’s price for returns that do not meet our standards.
E. Multi-Item & Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items and you return only some, the flat $20 U.S. hub fee still applies. Returns to China cover the entire package—partial returns incur the same fees.
F. Customs & VAT (Non-U.S. Returns)
For returns shipped from the EU or other regions back to China, any VAT, import duties, or customs fees are your responsibility. We recommend using our U.S. hub option to avoid complex international charges.
G. Force-Majeure & Transit Delays
Shipping and return transit times may extend beyond estimates due to customs inspections, global carrier backlogs, or force-majeure events (natural disasters, trade restrictions, strikes). We will keep you updated via the Portal.
H. Policy Change Notice
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted here—please check back regularly.
I. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service or exchanges to customers who repeatedly abuse our return privileges or exhibit fraudulent or excessive returns.
J. Refund & Store Credit Timing
- Store Credit: Issued within 5 business days of accepted return—110% of item value.
- Original Payment: Processed within 10–15 business days after inspection.
K. Return Request Windows
- Quality & Keep & Save: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
- U.S. Hub Returns (Under $30 orders): Initiate within 14 days of delivery.
- Standard China Returns: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
