Due to recent changes in U.S. import duties and customs processing for international parcels, physical returns from the U.S. can cost more than the original transaction. To protect pricing and keep quality standards high, we are temporarily pausing U.S. physical returns.

A. Return & Exchange Options

No shipping, no waiting — applied as soon as your request is approved in the Portal.

✅ Free Replacement (Quality Issues)

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at our cost — no return required.
Typical replacement delivery: 10–20 days (shipping method varies by item).

⇄ Exchanges (Size/Style)

Exchanges are initiated through the Portal and are availability-based. If an exchange is not available, we’ll offer Keep & Save or store credit so you can re-order the best fit.

📍 U.S. Physical Returns (Temporarily Paused)

At this time, we are not accepting physical return shipments from the U.S. due to increased customs duties and processing costs for international parcels. Please use the Portal to select a supported option (Keep & Save, replacement for issues, or store credit).

B. Eligibility

  • Eligible (for supported resolutions): Unused items in original packaging with tags attached; defective/incorrect items; proof of purchase required.
  • Not eligible: Personalized/custom-made items; perishable goods; personal care items; gift cards; heavily discounted items; requests based solely on minor variations between AI-generated images and the actual product.

C. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Marked delivered but missing: Please wait 72 hours, then:
    1. Check your property and with neighbors/building staff.
    2. Report to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with tracking details.
    3. We’ll investigate and offer a supported resolution (replacement or store credit).

D. Inspection & Resolution Integrity

We reserve the right to refuse service or limit resolutions if we detect abuse, fraud, or repeated excessive claims. Where inspection is applicable, items must be in original, resalable condition (unused, tags attached).

E. Timing

  • Keep & Save: Typically applied shortly after approval in the Portal.
  • Store credit: Typically issued within 5 business days of approval.
  • Replacements: Typical delivery 10–20 days (varies by item and destination).

F. Request Windows

  • Quality issues & Keep & Save: Initiate within 7 days of delivery.
  • Other requests: Initiate within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise noted in the Portal.

Will U.S. Returns Come Back?

Yes — that’s the goal.

We’re actively working on bringing U.S. physical returns back as soon as the return cost structure is stable and sustainable. That includes monitoring customs/duty changes, expanding domestic processing options, and improving how we support sizing and fit upfront. In the meantime, we’re offering strong alternatives (Keep & Save, bonus store credit, and free replacements for issues) to keep your experience smooth.
